#8 Jesus Compassion

 

Jesus Compassion

Verse:

Mark 8: 2-3 KJV

 I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat: And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way: for divers of them came from far.


Reflections:

With all things happening around the world, seeing all who are suffering because of calamity, one can think and say " Did God leave us?”, sometimes people asking God why me? that’s why we as believers of Christ should cease not praying and sharing who God is! And encouraged not just ourselves but others to cling to Him, His Word & His Promises!

He is our loving God, Our Miracle-working God, He is merciful but Just. God has the power to heal, He is willing and able, He has the Power to forgive us as we come to Him and cleans us from all unrighteousness.."  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9

Jesus shows compassion to those who are hungry, He knows their need and knows what will happen to them that if they will not eat, they will faint. As Jesus knows their need likewise He knows our need. He knows what will happen to us that’s why He does miracle, He makes a way for us to know Him, He is our yesterday today and forever. He shows compassion and till now He never stop, that’s why the earth still revolve, He wants everyone to be save. He does miracle before and He keeps doing it now, sometime we are so overwhelmed on the situation and what’s happening around us and we forgot that God carry us in His Hand. We can call on Him, He is our refuge our Redeemer our Savior!

Jesus act on His compassion by doing the miracle and ministered to them,  Reach out & Do not give up on someone, always have compassion and kindness as God had taught us, you never know who will be reach out on what you will do. and surely God is not unjust for what you do. Hebrew 6:10 (KJV) For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.


Prayer:

Lord, pls give me boldness to share who You are and how You have love us all. Give me a compassionate  for souls & a kind heart to reach out someone today. Have mercy upon us all. Forgive me for being lax but empower me to do Your Will!

Praying for all leaders

  When we find ourselves in our weakness, felt undervalued; God would bring forth someone to encouraged us, develop and train us to find the value and fulfill the purpose of what God intended for us to be. Thank God for the leaders/ or person who God uses to encouraged us to maximize the potential that God had given us to be used for His Glory! In John Maxwell daily devotional Book he wrote that according to Scripture every person in the body of Christ has both value and purpose, and leaders help Them to direct, encouraged, train them to fulfill God given destinies.
