#8 Jesus Compassion

Image
Jesus Compassion Verse: Mark 8: 2-3 KJV   I have compassion on the multitude, because they have now been with me three days, and have nothing to eat:   And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by the way: for divers of them came from far. Reflections: With all things happening around the world, seeing all who are suffering because of calamity, one can think and say " Did God leave us?”, sometimes people asking God why me? that’s why we as believers of Christ should cease not praying and sharing who God is! And encouraged not just ourselves but others to cling to Him, His Word & His Promises! He is our loving God, Our Miracle-working God, He is merciful but Just. God has the power to heal, He is willing and able, He has the Power to forgive us as we come to Him and cleans us from all unrighteousness.. "    If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness....

#7 " Good Morning!"

" Good Morning!" Verse: Arise Shine for your Light has come, and the Glory of the Lord rises upon you." Isaiah 60:1 Reflections: "Good Morning,", is one of the best exclamation you had when waking up, for we  still able to see the Light & Thanking God we are alive! Praise Our God who gave breath for our life & gave us an assurance of a blessed hope!  Arise Shine for your Light has come, and the Glory of the Lord rises upon you." Isaiah 60:1 What a wonderful promise of God that whatever comes our way, as we rise up, shine, & thank Him, humbly surrender to Him,  proclaim His goodness, grace, mercy , love, & declare His greatness and power...then His Promise that His glory will be reveal unto us and flow into our life.! whenever the Glory of the Lord is , His favor, mercy and grace overflows to help us through our lives.  For Where God`s glory is.. there is power, there is peace, there is joy, there is forgiveness, there is love, there is s...

#6 Do what He says

Do what He says Verse V.3:"And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto Him, They have no wine.  V.5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever He saith unto you, do it.” ‭‭John‬ ‭2:3, 5‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Reflections:  As I finished my #5 devotion, I ask the Lord what His verse for me on next day, then the Lord lead me to This verse and so timely, its confirmed to one of the devotion of our Pastor in his ODD ( online daily devotion ) , The verses shows the first miracle of Jesus when He turned the water into wine that shows His Divinity, there's lot of reflection on this miracle but I was capture to 3 personality:   First, The mother of Jesus where she is very observant & compassionate to the needs of others, she had the willingness to help when she notices there's no more wine , she look unto Jesus. she knows where to turn for help by telling it to Him. She believed in His Power.  Her faith, believed, trust  in Jesus that He alone can do miracle...

#5 The Lord is the Upholder of our Life

Image
The Upholder of our Life Verse: Psalm 54:4 KJV Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.   Reflections: We all have our troubles, it doesn't mean that you went to fist fight per se but we fight in spiritual realm, a fight to a spirit of fear, pride, selfishness, doubt, lax, prayerlessness and so forth so much fight that only God can help us through. that’s why, we looked triumph against our enemy because God already won the battle for us, we just need to remind that the enemy is a defeated foe.  Psalm 54: 7  For He has delivered me from every trouble, and my eye has looked in triumph on my enemies. Have Faith in God! He is the Upholder of our Life. God is in control. God delivered us! That’s why when we call on Him to save us by His Name, and vindicate us by His Might. we know that our God will hear our prayers; as He give ear to the words of our mouth, we just need to trust His will and ways. Everything is beautiful in His time & wi...

#4 Give Thanks in All circumstances

Image
Give Thanks in All circumstances Verse:   In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. -  1 Thessalonians   5:18   KJV   Reflections:   Giving thanks in good times and blessing is most common thing to do but what if you had trials, troubles, sickness, sorrow, difficulties and so forth? How do we respond? The Bible remind us to not only to give thanks when everything is good but in ALL not some but in ALL Circumstances! So whatever state of life you are in, whatever you have been through, whatever you are feeling we ought to give thanks.     Our Life is just a borrowed life, we never know when our time will be but while we are still in this earth, we make the most time and give thanks to the One who give us breath to live. Appreciate every moment of your time. Seek Him while He is near (Isaiah 55:6)   God is seeking to and fro looking down from heaven and when He sees us appreciating and hono...

#3 Sing a New Song

Image
Sing a New Song Verse: Sing unto him a new song; play skillfully with a loud noise.   For the word of the  Lord  is right; and all his works are done in truth -   Psalm 33:3-4 KJV Reflections : " Sing to Him a new song. Play skillfully." implies our daily devotion, for in His Word, God speaks and minister to us in a very special way, even in Worship leading, the lineup song comes not because its trends but it comes out from our daily devotion. Worship is our adoration to God for who He is! As Bob sorge book in Exploring worship says: “It’s one thing to know what worship is-it is quite another to become a worshiper! Its giving to Him our total selves! Our daily discipline in submitting to the total Lordship of Christ regardless of personal emotions or circumstances in life. Worship is our daily communion to Him! *We are to Worship God alone. * *Exclusively for Him Alone. * Worship is not simply something that happens in congregation when we feel the a...

#2 Peace be with you

Image
Peace be with you Verse: But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.  And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.”-James 3:17-18 KJV Thoughts: Peace be with you is everyone's wish and resolution, for everyone longs for peace, not just the outside but within. Godly wisdom brings forth the manifestation of change as it says in the above verse. Let's ask God for wisdom (James 1:15) We reap what we sow: if you sow kindness, you'll reap kindness aka goodness begets goodness. When we long for peace we reap a harvest of righteousness. Our Lord is our Prince of Peace. With Him is having an abounding peace that no money can buy, I wish you Peace but most I wish you Jesus in your heart for He is our Peace and the very source of our peace. He is our All in All! I remember the one I read in daily bread: there'...
